I don't think it's D. platura - but Delia sp. looks OK. |

Unfortunately the hind tibia are obscured by the wing. D. platura should have a pv apical blunt spur on fore tibia, but not in focus enough, or it may not be there, so another Delia. Looks more like another radicum male. |
