Hello

I've found that Cranefly in a wet area (Carex + Alnus) inside an oak and hornbeam wood. It measures 26 mm (head+ body).
I've no doubt that it is genus Tipula and I do suppose it would be of greater help if it has its wings opened...
And...er... I forgot to look for its sex.
However, it has beautiful green eyes Smile and probably white spots on wings (I know, you can't see the pattern).
Even a group of suitable species will be welcome.

Thank you
