Looks like a female Pamponerus germanicus to me....

The thing is I don't have the right literature on Asilidae of southern Europe. In this case it is not the picture, i'm just not sure if there are similar other species in Italy. In general it is hard to determine species from pictures especially from unknown territory. Thisone however seems clear to me. But I would also like it to be confirmed.
