Not Egle. I think it's Muscidae (Coenosiini) - a male. |

It is Anthomyia monilis, easily recognisable by the median vitta on thoracic dorsum which extends to tip of scutellum, the slightly smoky wings (and this is the only Anthomyiidae which anal vein doesn't reach the wing edge).
