Who has a clue to the name of this very small fly..?
I found it today, in Zeist, Holland

Female Cecidomyiidae. It appears to be laying eggs in a plant stem which puts it in the gall-making subfamily Cecidomyiinae. If you can identify the plant somebody might be able to offer a more specific ID.

Thank you for your ver nice reaction...Wink.
Indeed I'm a bit busy and the work of my administration is a lot and as we have since three weeks very nice weather I'm busy collecting too.
Also John, thanks for your additional reaction and I admire you both that you know the name of this fly. It was so small, that you could hardly see it and in the camera I saw it was laying eggs. I'm very bad in plant names, but this plant is very common with white flowers, you see it everywhere in spring. I may try to find it, OK.
