My sister has sent me this picture of a fly she has seen this morning in Gijon Botanical Gardens. Can anybody help with ID? Thanks a lot in advance!

I'd say Brachyopa sp. (Syrphidae)

I think it is scutellaris, just a hunch. But collecting them is best! Smile
