Identification needed - adult Bolivia

This picture was taken on April 17th. The picture was taken in the Bolivian Dry Valleys at about 1800 m asl. I would very much appreciate any help, the family already would be helpful to me.

Wing pattern resembles Paracantha (Tephritidae).
