Conisternum decipiens

I have problems in identificating this fly, as I only have these two pictures. It was in a salty area near the sea, the Netherlands.

It's a wild guess, but could it be Trichopalpus fraternus (Scathophagidae)? |

My guess is Conisternum decipiens : seems to have only one proclinate orbital (the most in front), and I see the typical brown spot on the anepisternum. Trichopalpus fraternus would have 2 proclinate, a darker frons (only orange on the anterior part + upper part of parafacialia), and the 1st flagellomere is more sharp at the apex.
