Hard to say, probably a Rhamphomyia (Aclonempis) species (R4+5 unforked, long proboscis and labellae apparently with short hairs only), but I cannot match the genitalia properly with any of the species as the aedeagus is not entirely visible. Other characters that should help are not clearly visible either.
