Photographed this fly 11.04.2011 outside my apartment. Size 3-4 mm.

Has spines along the edge of the wings, might this be Heleomyzidae? Looked through the gallery and photos of different genera of Heleomyzidae recorded in Norway (also on others sites), but don't find any very similar species...

I would be happy with family for this one, only trying to get an overview of families of Diptera in my area.
