 Can any one identify this Tephritid fly?
Perhaps a Terellia?
The photo was taken near Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, 13.06.2008.

 There is another, apparently undescribed new species associated withh artichoks in Spain; so, either longicauda, or this new one.
