Hi i found this pretty fly on a tree trunk in a forest reserve in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia a few days ago.

Body length: approximately 10mm

As you may know, the only native genera of Ulidiidae in the Oriental Region are Physiphora and Herina. It is none of them.

As I can see, this is a Loxonevra sp. (Platystomatidae). Unfortunately, wing pattern is in blur and details are unrecognizeable.

Unfortunately, I only can say that this is a species of Loxonevra near decora Fabricius, judging from its long antenna. Wing apex contains many important characters.
