Hello! After I have been told that M. prolapsa can also have completely dark legs, I am very unsure... There are many Muscina on the wing these days (7-8 °C, sunny, northwest Germany). Some are comparably big (8-10 mm) and lighter, some small and dark. Can I conclude that the lighter ones are more likely M. prolapsa?Big picture of the first individual: http://www.foto-u..._W_big.jpg Juergen Peters attached the following image: ![]() [73.94Kb] Edited by Juergen Peters on 20-03-2011 21:05 Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

Hi Juergen! I would say Muscina prolapsa! The cell R4+5 is more closed. Best wait for confirmation from Stephane though! ![]() Janet http://cubits.org... |
