Could this be Sciomyzidae or Tephritidae? Photographed 27.08.2009 in Bodø, Northern Norway. Bodylength 3-4 mm. Think the plant it sits on is Cirsium heterophyllum, but I'm not a botanist Smile

A Tephritis sp., but certainly not the one associated with Cirsium, but rather with Crepis.
