Hello! I guess this is Anthomyiidae? On oak stub in forest this afternoon, about 5-6 mm (northwest Germany). But when looking at the photos I saw the red face and thought it must be an Anthomyiid... There are no longer setulae on the legs and costa seems to have rows of longer hairs on whole lenght, visible on photo 2 (typical for Heleo...) And Anthomyiidae always has 2 or more longer pd on hindtibia (typical for Antho...) Joke |

It is not so easy to keep such details in mind, if one is not only into Diptera. I'm afraid you will have to be patient with me also in the future...
