Nomenclature of Hydrotaea (Muscidae)

I have two specimens of Hydrotaea identified from Fonseca;
One is occulta = armipes;
One is armipes = ?

They have different ornaments on hind femora as in fig.9k&l. What should I now call the latter please?

I think this is now Hydrotaea floccosa
