Terrible picture, but interesting Dolichopodidae fly as it is only yellow with green eyes.
Someone knows the name of this fly...?

Dear Hedy2411,

Only two species of Xanthochlorus (ornatus, tenellus) are known from The Netherlands, although two additional species have been collected in the UK. I would not be too sure, but it's probable that you are dealing with X. tenellus. Only the male can help you out, here.
