One of the smallest I've found so far- about 1.6mm body length- sitting on my car. Taken Yesterday South coast UK
Any ideas?

I believe Eulophidae... (hind tarsus 4-segment)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
