Phaonia possibly pallida

This one is confusing me. Can Phaonia pallida be as dark on the dorsum as this is. It ought to be pallida, it has setulae on the radio-cubital node below.

I think it's Phaonia pallida. I have found more or less darkened forms (not as importantly on thorax than yours).
