Can anyone tell the name of this fly from these two pictures...
Pictures are made 15-6-2009 in Zeist, Holland.

looking at Drake 1996 - I wouldn't discount O.petrei ? I can't make out the tale tale featurs from this photo

I've studied a lot of specimens of both Opomyza germinationis and O. petrei. Based on this experience, I think the extant of the dark markings on the abdomen indicate this specimen being a female of O. germinationis.
