Cheilosia female. It's quite hairy, so it's possibly something like C. vulpina or similar. Not really possible to narrow it down to species though.

It is a Cheilosia indeed, but not vulpina I would say, due to the large 'nose'. Difficult to say what it is.
And Mucha, please add information to your pictures, like the date and location.
