 At first I very apologize as for the quality of photo! It was taken 10th of June near Hradec, CZ.
Is my ID correct or not? Thank to all!

 It is not Microphthalma, it could very well be some Dexiini, like Dinera grisescens female. We can see enough to be sure, I think
