Because I think you are right, it looks like it a Cyzenis albicans!

Yes, Erikas is quite right !

Cyzenis is common in caterpillars on Quercus, and they have very nice Quercus in Lithuania as well, so that explains his expertise

The more Tachinidae I see, the more they look-a-like and I'm happy to this forum and hope to learn it myself too.
