This fly resembles Phaonia trimaculata, the eyes are, however, bare. The second photo shows very similar one, even the r-m and m-m are a bit infuscated, the eyes are bare, too. Give me a shine on this problem. Thank to all. Petr Michael Petr Michael attached the following image: ![]() [105Kb] |

Very sorry: the photos were taken in the vicinty of Hradec Kralove, Eastern Bohemia, CZ, 18th and 19th of July. |

The top one looks like Potamia litoralis. The bottom one is another fly, probably a Phaonia.
