 Hi, possible to ID this midge to family/sub-family at least?
Caught in my light trap in the beginning of July. Oslo, Norway.

 Possibly Guttipelopia or Psectrotanypus pictipennis. Are the antennae 13-15 segmented? Is C extended distinctly past tip of R4+5?
