The photo is so dark. I hardly can see the wings. Perhaps somebody working a lot with Rhagionidae will be able to tell with certainty

Hi Ruud The stigma is clearly bicolorous, so it is either immaculata or maculata. The colouration of femur 1 and the abdominal pattern clearly indicates: male Rhagio maculata Theo |
