Hello,

is it possible, to identify this fly? May be Hybomitra sp.? Size 12 mm. The photo was taken in Germany, North-Bavaria, Rhön, 700 msm, on 22th June 2010.

Hybomitra is correct, a male, we would need many more details to say more.
Hybomitra is a difficult genus.
