I see your point. However, you have been misled by the unnaturally (?) yellowish parafrontals: it is a Calliphora. Vertex is too narrow for Cynomyia, calyptra is dark (white in Cynomyia) and several ACR bristles before suture present. so, a male Calliphora. Looks like an interesting one. Theo |
