It is two different flies. 1. I think it is Ephydridae, Notiphila? 2. Muscidae/Anthomyiidae Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

I think you are right with Nr. 1. This would not be the first times that I mix up a Coenosia-like fly with Notiphila. |
