Found in Brussels end of March. 3,5 mm. Thanks to Ruud and Iain, I revisited the key, and as far as I can judge on this small specimen: - hypopleural bristles absent - lower squama longer than the upper - veins 6 and 7 short, their paths not convergent Pretty sure now it's a muscidae. Its far to "thin" for a Lonchaeid and too hairy - I agree with Calypterate
