Drosophilidae Scaptomyza?

Hello, 12th November, my garden near Lincoln UK. Size approx. 2.5mm. This is different to one I had recently, S. pallida, but I think is Scaptomyza? 3 pics + 1 crop Janet

May sound improbable, but it is Scaptomyza pallidae. One of the darkest I have ever seen.

Thanks Paul, I had marked it as pallida (not pallidae?) but then noticed the dark legs! I thought t3 was quite broad too. Maybe a good example for the gallery to show the variation?
