This is a very similar insect to my earlier posting which Stephane identified as Phaonia angelicae, but it is more slender, with longer legs proportionately, only 3 dc's, pale palp rather than dark, less yellow at the base of the wing, less prominent mouth-edge, much narrower gena. I have tried to key it but again I seem to be on the wrong track as it appears to have no pd bristle on tibia 3. Help please. More pictures available if required.

Well, if no pd on hind tibia, this is an Helina (in Phaoniinae). It looks like Helina depuncta (eyes bare, abdomen unspotted ?)...
Stephane.
