Is this Dasyhelea (Ceratopogonidae)?

Seen in Massachusetts, USA, in June. I think this is Dasyhelea based on (1) flagellomeres "sculptured" rather than cylindrical, (2) end of R cell nearly right angled, (3) eyes broadly abutting, (4) claws small, (5) wing haired.
