The presence of only 1 pair of strong reclinate orbital setae is a big clue. As is black palpus, 4 STPL and the head profiel. Moreover, time of year (late summer / autumn) supports it. Theo |

Sturmia bella was going to be my guess too  The bristles on the abdomen, orange-tipped scutellum, silvery face and absolutely bare eyes are good clues
