A teneral Muscidae I'd say (seems that the colours aren't fully developped yet). Phaonia or even Mydaea most likely.

Just a tip - please use different titles for each thread ... at the moment on the "New Posts" page there are 10 posts called "Diptera from SE Turkey" and I have no idea which relates to each photo Wink
