No ... Voria ruralis should have a steeply angled m-cy vein (the fly in the photo has one at almost 90-degrees to m) and Voria should have strong down-curving bristles on the parafacial. That said, I can't see what it is What time of year was this seen on? These photos are displaying quite small - it might be more useful to display them one above the other ![]() EDIT: I would wait for Theo to confirm it but, having looked through my keys, it could possibly be Huebneria affinis but the photos don't show all of the features that I'd like to check. Second opinion: Huebneria affinis was my gut feeling before I'd red Chris' contribution. Gut feeling is not a very scientific approach, but the results of gut feeling can be reliable ! Theo |
