As far as I know Ceromya is a tachinid genus. I can't check it here, but I know that the fly on the photo is not a Tachinidae. It is a Muscidae. Something for Joke?

The wing venation of this fly is all wrong for a tachinid - look at the unbent median vein ... that only occurs very rarely in tachinids - none of which look like this
