This small female was 4-5 mm. I at first thought of a very small Cheilosia with partly yellowish feets. Am I right with T. joratensis?

Thanks for your suggestion Janet.
Size and yellowish stigma and fly time (from beginning of june when T. joratensis from end of june) also fits better.
