Hi, 15th October on Ivy, my garden near Lincoln UK. Approx. 5mm I had thought it could be the female of Rhamphomyia (Amydroneura) erythrophthalma, I have seen the male of that species on the Ivy at the same time as this female before but the wings are very dark on this female. 2 pics + 1 crop.
