Hello

With key of Seguy, I find L. ichneumonea (Synonymy aristata?).

if it were a UK specimen i would look towards Loxocera sylvatica?

My understanding is that this is a genus requiring more work?

No, sylvatica is much smaller.

Most Loxocera are straightforward and this indeed seems to aristata

One year ago, I posted a question on L. maculata, very similar to aristata.

Christophe, do you have a series so we can investigate the variability, or only one specimen ?
