Looks like Tipula sp. (possibly T. paludosa) to me, but I'm no expert. Can you give a crop of the genitalia? |

Thanks Jeroen, I have cropped off the full pic, it's the only decent shot I got of the whole insect but the tail end is not too clear.

I'd say 14 antennae segments = Tipula paludosa (male)
