Proboscis seems not black shining, lower calypter seems shorter and hindtibia seems to have 3pd.... Hylemya cf.urbica (always difficult to interpret the color of tibia, but mostly they are clear yellow in H.vagans and in H.urbica mostly only the hindtibia is more yellowish than other tibia) Joke |
