I think this is diptera, but could be wrong. Body 2-4 mm, as it cant be seen where it actualy is, coz all of hairs. Note that color of hair is actualy blue on top od thorax. Looks like an aphid or psocopteran to me ... it has 4 wings so it isn't a dipteran  Moving to correct area
