Culicidae Ochlerotatus sp.?

Hello, This male mosquito was inside on 23rd September, near Lincoln UK. I don't quite remember th size but I think it was not very big, perhaps 8-9mm. Is it possible to say which species it is, and if indeed it is an Ochlerotatus sp.? I can crop closer areas if needs be. I have 3 pics. Janet
