Looks like Voria ruralis to me ![]() EDIT: ... from the steeply angled m-cu, hairy r1 and lack of median discals ... plus a few other things

Distributions are a bit difficult to resolve because we don't have many recorders from the north - but they are one of the commoner tachinids in the UK so I wouldn't be surprised if they were found quite often up there too
