Tiny yellow fly

Chloropidae. There are several very similar genera with lots of species showing this general pattern, so you may not get a closer id.

This is a Chlorops, there are actually not many chloropid genera having this kind of yellow-black general appearance. But this is a difficult genus even under a microscope, so you'll rarely attain species-level here in this group. |
