first body 20 mm, (from head to wing tips 25 mm). Body orange.
second body 15 mm.

The first one is a caddisfly, most likely a Limnephus spec. there are only two families of caddisflies with these numerous spurs on the tibia/tarsis i.e. Limnephilidae and Phryganaeidae. The wingpatterns resembles that of some Limnephilus species.

The beetle looks like Sitaris muralis (Meloidae)
