North Eastern Thailand, 15 km from Chiang Rai (Nam Tok Pong Phra Bat Forest Park 03) Saturday the 4th September 2010. Hillside forest near a stream. 10 -11 mm.

Looks like a tachinid - close to Lophosia perhaps?
