This is my best guess for this tiny one (3-4 mm) In damp woods, Seneffe, Belgium. September 2 2010 Thanks for your suggestions/corrections. Louis is right. It is a Geomyza species. It's hard to tell what species but my best guess would be Geomyza cf. martineki.
