Platypalpus maculipes? copula

Hi, Taken on 29th August 2010, a few miles south of Lincoln UK. I only got one good pic after turning up the leaf, then they jumped. Approx. 3mm. Is it possible to say this is correct? Janet

I do not think that they are P. maculipes, since this species has antennae completely black, while the flies on the photo have antennae with, it appears, first 2 segments red-yellowish.
